Came on here to look for a new pillowcase because my skin is sensitive to cotton. Imagine my surprise when I found out my pillowcase is Poly Microfiber. It's so soft and cuddly. In addition I don't have the back and neck problems I had before I got a cube. Best purchases ever! :)

While the Pillow Cube was specifically designed for side sleepers, we have heard from some side/back sleepers that they enjoy the pillow too! But all in all, the pillow is intended for side sleepers.
