Every Mattress product comes with a 100-night Satisfaction Guaranteed. Everyone’s body adjusts at its own pace, but it can take up to around 60 days to fully adapt. That’s why we ask that you try sleeping on it for at least 90 days.
If after applying these troubleshooting tips you have determined that you still need to return/exchange your mattress, please fill out this form and someone from our team will be reaching out to you within 1 business day.

- You'll need your order number and email used to purchase
- Refund timeline varies depending on the item. See your item details for specifics.
- Returns and exchanges are only available within the 48 contiguous United States of America.
- The purchase of Re:do does not apply to mattress returns and exchanges
- Unopened mattress* returns or exchanges are subject to a return shipping fee
*Unopened mattress means the seal on the bag has not been broken and the mattress is in the original box.
Every mattress is made to order and shipped via FedEx. Once your mattress is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep.

The Good Vibe Sleep Adjustable Bed Frame is covered by a 2-year warranty that includes both parts and service.
If you experience any issues with your base, please refer to the instruction manual included with your order — it contains the customer service number to connect you directly with warranty support.
At this time, we do not accept returns that fall outside the parts and service warranty.
