WHAT IF I SLEEP ON MY BACK?

While Pillow Cube products were specifically designed to improve sleep on your side, we have heard from some stomach/back sleepers that they really enjoy our products too!

Check out one of our newer products, the Cross Sleeper pillow, if you find you roll from your back to side during your snooze.

WHAT SIZE PILLOW CUBE DO I NEED?

Most people prefer the Standard (5") size pillow, but here's the size guide so you can see for yourself. Watch our sizing guide video below for specifics.

  • 5'3" or shorter or very narrow shoulders = THIN (4")
  • 5'4" - 6'3" or average shoulders = STANDARD (5")
  • 6'3" or taller or wider shoulders = THICK (6")

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?

Our processing time is 1 - 2 business days.
Once shipped, delivery is expected (but not guaranteed) within 5 - 7 business days.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We currently only ship within the United States. See our Shipping Policy page for more details.

TRACK AN ORDER

Check your email. We’ll email updates as we process your order, including carrier tracking details for shipped orders. Check your Promotions and/or Spam folders if you did not receive one.

Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to appear after your item ships.

You can also check the status of an order at any time by logging into your account at the top right of pillowcube.com (look for the person icon in the top right, then click "Log in").

The majority of our orders are sent using FedEx and USPS.

If you did not receive your order number via email within 48 hours of purchase, please contact customer service.
