The weight limit is 400 pounds per side for the King and Queen mattresses, and 400 pounds for the Twin XL.

​​Pillow Cube Mattresses have been designed to be used on foundations with solid support with little or no give. This includes slatted wood or metal foundations, with slats no more than 4″ apart, wood or metal box foundations, and/or solid wood or metal platforms. 

Pillow Cube Mattresses are compatible with adjustable bed frames.

GIVE IT A CHANCE

While most people notice an immediate benefit when using the Pillow Cube, some find that it takes a few nights of sleeping on it to get used to the new size, shape, and support. If you can, try sleeping on it for at least a week and see if your body thanks you.

If it STILL is just not the right fit for you, you can get a refund up to 60 nights after delivery.

I JUST WANT TO RETURN

If after applying these troubleshooting tips you have determined that you still need to return or exchange your pillow, please refer to our Pillow Return Policy for further instructions. There is a $15 return shipping fee unless Re:do is purchased at checkout.

When you purchase Re:do at checkout, return shipping is free (should you need to return/exchange your pillow). Once your return package is delivered, you will receive a full refund. This does not include the amount paid for shipping at the time of purchase. 

Re:do is non-refundable. Please refer to our Pillow Return Policy for additional information.

Other than the fact that now you want to eat a burrito, please do not eat (or feed) your pillow. Simply remove the plastic covering gently, and once the seal is broken, witness the magic! 

Your pillow, compressed for shipping, will begin to expand before your very eyes. Once fully expanded, your pillow is ready for use! So, dive right in and get cozy - there's no time like the present to start snoozin' on your fresh new Pillow Cube!

It can take 24-48 hours for the foam to fully expand. It is best to remove the quilted/ice cube cover from the pillow during this time.

If you have waited 24-48 hours for the foam to expand and it is still not expanded, please email our Customer Care Team at [email protected]. Please include a picture of the foam and we can get your pillow replaced as fast as possible!

We have a step-by-step video to assist you in using your travel bag. This video provides a detailed guide on how to properly deflate and pack your pillow into the bag. Please note, a common issue we've seen is that the pillow is inserted too far into the travel bag, which causes it to block the air valve. The pillow should be inserted until it is flush with the top of the bag, just below the webbing.
