To begin your journey, you will need a stack of books, a ruler, and your bed.
Place a few of the books on the bed and lay your head on top of the stack of books. Adjust the stack until it feels comfortable and aim for straight alignment from your head down your back.
Once you find the right height, measure the stack of books with the ruler in inches. Remember that number as it is the size you'll want to order!
Pro measuring tip: If you are between sizes, round up as the foam will give between a half to one inch depending on your head.
