We love our customers! We want to make it as easy as possible for you if things aren't working out with your new pillow! If you are experiencing discomfort, check out these troubleshooting tips as they resolve most concerns.    

  1. While most people notice an immediate benefit when using the Pillow Cube, some find that it takes a few days of sleeping on the Pillow Cube to get used to the new size, shape, and support.  If you can, try sleeping on it for a week and see if your body thanks you. 

  2. We slide-sleepers need a pillow that has the right height to keep our neck and spine aligned.  A few things like mattress quality and firmness, the broadness of your shoulders, and even your weight can play a part in determining the right pillow height.  The following sizing guides may help.

If after applying these troubleshooting tips you have determined that you need to return or exchange your pillow, please review the following steps.

 

  1. You may request an exchange or a refund within 60 days of your initial purchase.

  2. Returns and exchanges are only available within the 48 contiguous United States of America

  3. Rather than return the pillow to us, we ask that you donate it to a local charity organization and then send an image of donation receipt to us here.

  4. Once we have received a copy of your donation receipt we will process your refund.
