Pillow Cube Shipping Policy
Pillow Cube accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week on pillowcube.com. Orders are processed in the order they are received and expedited shipping orders, such as Priority and Express shipping, are elevated in priority to meet the delivery deadline. All orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, Fed Ex, or Amazon Shipping Service. Pillow Cube ships to all 50 U.S. states and follows the standard methods available through our carriers.
Unless otherwise indicated on our website, orders placed are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed. Priority and Express orders placed before 12:00 PM MST will be processed and shipped out the same business day. Priority and Express orders placed after 12:00 PM MST will be processed and shipped out the next business day. The day an order ships does not count as a day in transit. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Orders that contain a different shipping address from the billing address may be subject to review, in which case the customer will be contacted. This can delay shipping time.
Pillow Cube cannot guarantee same-day expedited shipping when an order is placed on hold for review. Tax rate is based on the shipping address and not the billing address.
In the event of a return, please note that the shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Delivery Issues / Lost or Stolen Packages
If you run into an issue with delivery (you never received your item, the item arrived damaged, or the wrong product was delivered), please let us know by filing a claim here so we can make it right!
- Please keep in mind that claims need to be submitted within 2 weeks of receiving your item
- If you are missing a pillowcase, sometimes those are packaged within the pillow box itself; please open the pillow package before submitting a claim for a missing pillowcase.
- If your item says delivered and has not arrived, please wait 3 business days before filing a claim, as we have seen packages show up within this timeframe.
- Lost in transit packages are considered when there have not been tracking updates for more than 7 business days
- If you are missing an item and your tracking shows delivered, it is possible your packages were shipped with two different tracking numbers. Please wait 3 business days before submitting a claim
- Once submitted, we will review your claim and get back to you within 1 business day
If the package shows delivered to your address but is missing, you must report the loss to us within 2 weeks of placing your order. Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if stock is available.
We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
Shipping Destination & Rates
Pillow Cube offers Free Standard shipping when the subtotal in your shopping bag is greater than or equal to $99, excluding tax and any other offers or price adjustments.
This offer is valid in all 48 contiguous U.S. states, but not valid in Alaska, Hawaii, and all other U.S. Territories, including APO/FPO addresses, Guam, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Terms are subject to change without notice.
Mattress Shipping Policy
Mattress orders are processed separately from other Pillow Cube products and have unique shipping terms. We currently ship mattresses only within the 48 contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship mattresses to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any other U.S. territories or island destinations at this time.
All mattress orders are shipped via FedEx and are typically processed and shipped within 3–4 business days from the time the order is placed. Once your mattress has shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey right to your door.
Please note that delivery dates may vary depending on your location and carrier capacity. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.
Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and APO Address
Pillow orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or APO addresses are subject to a standard $35 shipping fee. At this time, we do not offer express or next-day delivery options to these regions.
Exchanges:
We now offer exchanges for these areas (Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and APO address)! However, due to higher shipping costs, all exchanges will incur an additional $35 shipping fee, regardless of whether Re:do was purchased at checkout.
- If you purchased Re:do, the $15 return shipping fee is waived, but you will still pay $35 for the shipment of your new item.
- If you did not purchase Re:do, you will be responsible for both the $15 return shipping fee and the $35 exchange shipping fee.
International Shipping
Shipping costs and currency exchange rates are calculated automatically at checkout. Please note that with the exception of Canada, all international orders are final sale, and shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not offer priority or express shipping for international orders, and free shipping is not available.
We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
