While most people notice an immediate benefit when using the Pillow Cube, some find that it takes a few nights of sleeping on the Pillow Cube to get used to the new size, shape, and support. If you can, try sleeping on it for at least 3 weeks and see if your body thanks you.
Orders within the US come with a 60-night Satisfaction Guarantee. Products marked as final sale are not eligible for the 60-night Satisfaction Guarantee and cannot be returned or exchanged.
International orders are all final sale, except where otherwise required by applicable law (including EU customers — see Right of Withdrawal below).
If you are still feeling discomfort, try going up or down a size.
Any product (bedding item, pillow, etc.) marked as final sale is final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.
We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.
This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
WHAT IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?
If you run into an issue with delivery (you never received your item, item arrived damaged, or the wrong product was delivered), please let us know by filing a claim here so we can make it right!
- Please keep in mind that claims need to be submitted within 2 weeks of receiving your item
- If you are missing a pillowcase, sometimes those are packaged within the pillow box itself, please open the pillow package before submitting a claim for a missing pillow case.
- If your item says delivered and has not arrived, please wait 3 business days before filing a claim as we have seen packages show up within this timeframe.
- Lost in transit packages are considered when there has not been tracking updates for more than 7 business days
- If you are missing an item and your tracking shows delivered, it is possible your packages were shipped with two different tracking numbers. Please wait 3 business days before submitting a claim
- Once submitted, we will review your claim and get back to you within 1 business day
PRESALE POLICY
Presale items are products that have been announced but not yet released by the manufacturer. If a product is being rereleased or restocked in a future date, it will also be marked as "presale" on our store.
Payments for presale items will be collected immediately after checkout. While we do charge immediately for your order, we also accept cancellations before the release date and or shipment of the items. In such case, our Cancellation Policy will apply.
The products will be shipped around the release date shown on the product page but please note that the release date can sometimes be delayed by the manufacturer. We always do our best to keep the product pages updated in case any changes are announced by the manufacturers so that our customers will be updated at any time.
Gift Cards, Coupon Codes, Discounts cannot be applied to presale items
