I have always been a skeptic about these pillows but now I am a true believer! I thought it was going to be super firm and way too hard for me to lay on, but it was just the opposite. It is the perfect combination of soft with a little bit of firmness. I constantly have to go to the chiropractor due to neck/shoulder pain, but I have started going less and less now with this new pillow!
