The pillow is to tall & gave me neck crink I think a 4” would be a lot better. I didn’t buy a pillow case so it’s slippery.

I ordered a 6 inch pillow on accident and it was very uncomfortable on my neck. So Pillowcube allowed me to return and exchange for the best size (4 inches) and now I have the ice cube pillow. I am sleeping much better now. Bigger is not better with these pillows!

This pillow is phenomenal and my neck is amazing ever since I got it but I was curious are you able to put the cooling case in the washer and dryer for cleaning reasons ?

We recommend the following for your cooling cover: -Hand wash at or below 86 degrees Fahrenheit -Do Not Bleach -Air Fluff/Dry (Recommended Not to Use Heat), Tumble Dry Low Heat if needed -Do Not Iron -Do Not Dryclean -Use a Pillow Case over the cover to reduce pilling and to allow for fewer wash cycles Stay cool!
