I have not received my pillow
The shipping company shows my pillow is still “in transit”. It has been in transit for 18 days. I know it was not delivered. The company has not helped me. How would I know how good the pillow or the case is?

I just checked your order status and it is still showing as in transit. I am so sorry you are dealing with this. Obviously we have no control over what the shipping company does once we hand them the package. But we do want you to get what you paid for. I checked the customer service history and we have been trying to contact you to get another pillow out. We requested that you confirm your shipping address but have not heard back. Can you respond to the support request?

Very cute and soft!!
The cube pillow itself is amazing but the fact there are adorable pillowcases to choose from is amazing!! I chose the black tie dye and it is super cute and incredibly soft. If your into that esthetic, I would highly recommend!!

Overall it is pretty nice. Exactly what I was expecting print-wise. I do feel like it’s ever so slightly bigger than it should be (at least for the Pro). The envelope fold on the end of the case is just a bit floppy, when the rest of the case is nice and snug on the pillow.
