I’ve been using this for over a week. It’s great! At first the groove seems small but after a few days it has a better fit. Switching to the side gives good support and neck alignment. Two things- it might be better if the groove was centered or just off center and I’m not really getting a chilled pillow feeling. It doesn’t trap heat as much as foam or foam chunk pillows.

The Ice Cube cooling pillow cover, while cool to the touch, is meant to keep your foam from warming up while sleeping and keeps your pillow cooler than if you were using a regular quilted cover. Keep in mind, this cover has specific washing instructions to help maintain its cooling properties. We recommend the following: -Hand wash at or below 86 degrees Fahrenheit -Do Not Bleach -Air Fluff/Dry (Recommended Not to Use Heat), Tumble Dry Low Heat if needed -Do Not Iron -Do Not Dryclean -Use a Pillow Case over the cover to reduce pilling and to allow for fewer wash cycles Happy sleeping!

I have been searching for a pillow like this for a very long time, so imagine my surprise when this finally appeared. I purchased the thick cross over pillow just under 2 weeks ago, and this pillow would have gotten a 5 star; however, the pillow case the thick pillow came with was a few cm too small causing the pillow to bunch inside the case and not fully sit out properly. The pillow case itself is also about the worst thing ever made, getting the pillow out is okay, but getting back in is an f-ing joke. And last night (07/13/22) I noticed the head cradle part is tearing away from the pillow cube. So almost $130 down the drain. I have also tossed and turned all night along as the pillow holds soo much heat, and the side sleeper part is not nearly long enough, it would have made more sense to put a side sleeper on both sides of the head cradle and the side sleepers just a bit longer. I knew I shouldn't have gotten my hopes on this. Well back to square one, saving money for a new pillow.

Overpriced for what it is. The cube part is not very comfy at all. I like the cross part to cradle my head side to side but it is painful after a while because it lacks neck support. I think I could’ve found something much better for what I paid for this thing. Would not recommend these pillows.
